Rotate AI Readiness Clinics and Tech Ops Sprints statewide
Run two Founder Path cohorts
Monthly partner office hours + quality review

Measure & transfer

Complete performance packet (businesses, individuals, leverage)
Publish open playbooks for partner re-delivery
Secure year-2 sustainability commitments

Ecosystem Bridge model: regional ED orgs, technical colleges, chambers, and Tribal entities co-host delivery instead of competing with them.

AI-native technical assistance for traditional SMBs — readiness clinics + implementation sprints — not generic networking events.

Sustainability & replication

Partner playbooks and shared metrics so clinics can be re-run by local hosts after the grant year.

Eligibility & match posture

Applicant path: nonprofit, unit of government, educational institution, community organization, foundation, Tribal entity, or fiscal agent structure.
Private businesses may partner and co-deliver; the lead applicant must meet nonprofit/public eligibility.
Target beneficiaries: traditional Wisconsin small businesses and entrepreneurs at all stages.
Match: 1:1 cash or in-kind; operating budget and volunteer rates allowed; other WEDC dollars do not count toward match.
