Pass-through businesses assisted (technical)

A Wisconsin small business that completes a defined TA engagement (clinic, sprint, or cohort milestone) with documented deliverables.

Individuals served / engaged

Owners, operators, and staff attending sessions or receiving 1:1 coaching, counted once per program cycle.

Leverage — total

Cash plus valued in-kind match (mentor hours, venue, staff time at standard rates) excluding other WEDC funds.

Roadmaps completed

Businesses leaving with a written, prioritized 90-day implementation plan signed off by facilitator.
